So we have offically seen our first Armadillo - dead in the middle of the road, but none the less - they are around here. Not for sure how I feel about this yet.....
Let me know if you see one in your neighborhood - the one we saw looked something like this...

The morning we flew back home, PaPa had opened the garage door and left it open, it was still dark and I heard a noise, something ran out of the garage and I think it was an armadillo. Not sure if I like those things either. There is a sign at one of the lakes in our park that says,
"Don't feed the aligators" Ewwww, don't like that either. And one of our neighbors said that in back of the park where the preserve is, small cat like cougars have been seen. We live in a wild country!
